New ATS 30 automatic tray sealer, end of series, in vacuum + gas flushing version for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).
AISI 304 stainless steel and anodized aluminium frame, Mitsubishi automation with 7" Optix touch screen operator panel, inverter and encoder tray advancement, two loading stations and automatic discharge on stainless steel rollers. Output up to 3–4 cycles per minute in vacuum + gas, depending on the product.
Max mould 340 × 280 mm: trays up to 325 × 265 mm with a 1-cavity mould, 260 × 150 mm with a 2-cavity mould, height up to 80 mm. Two moulds available for 195 × 120 mm and 185 × 135 mm trays (max depth 60 mm); moulds for other formats on request.
