Debant automatic thermoforming packaging machine, year 2021, for vacuum packaging in thermoformed trays. Stainless steel construction, CE marked, Delta automation with 7" touch screen operator panel.
Currently fitted with a 6-cavity round hamburger mould (Ø 100 mm, finished pack 140 × 120 mm, 15 mm depth), running at 4 cycles per minute (24 pieces per minute). Bottom film 420 mm, top film 400 mm, index 300 mm. Longitudinal and cross cutting system, motorised skeleton waste winder. External Busch vacuum pump, 300 m³/h.
On request we build the mould for your format and install gas flushing for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).
