Fresh pasta packaging requires specific technologies that protect shape, texture and microbiological quality without compressing the product. Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) is today's industrial standard for extending fresh pasta shelf life up to 60 days, keeping structure intact and maintaining quality perceived by the end consumer.
